Charles Michel a fost nevoit să meargă la un adăpost anti-bombe din cauza unui raid aerian și a unei probabilități mari de atac cu rachete, în timpul unei vizite la Odesa.
E vorba de o întâlnire între Michel și premierul ucrainean Denys Shmyhal la Odesa. Cei doi au mers în buncăr.
